Hello from Wilma. Without boring you I want to try and get across why I love my job and why I excel at it!
Many Years ago when I started in Real estate I made a promise that I would serve God in my work. So from
reporting to ‘The Big Guy’ I have been given the attributes that have put me in the top 1% of Realtors of
Canada.
My mission: Appreciating my Clients are entrusting me with the biggest investment of their lives. Obtaining
absolute top dollar for their Sale or negotiating the very best possible price in purchasing a home. Acting
in their best interests whatever it takes. Always being the very best I can be in whatever situation I am
faced with and doing this with a sense of humour.

Joining Wilma to produce a duo in 2007 whilst working towards a business degree in Finance and Marketing, Kirk is one of very few millennial realtors with over 10 years of real estate experience. Early on it was a natural fit with Wilma, complimenting her marketing/negotiating talents and industry background with his formal education in business strategy and analytical strengths, naturally, within a few years they climbed into the top 1% national ranking within their brokerage; a echelon populated with large teams of 5 or more, not teams of two! Since then Kirk has grown into an authority on residential real estate investment, leasing and property management; owning three houses in Halton by the age of 28. As a member of the Wilma Fournier Team at Sutton Group Quantum, Guy brings a unique skill set to the
industry. As a Mechanical Engineer, Guy worked for many years in Sales and Marketing for Industrial
Automation. He is known for providing a level of service that is second to none and enjoys working with his
clients as a partner in achieving the best results possible. Over the years he has earned his clients trust,
and they know they can count on him.
Having experience in House Construction, Renovation, Heating and Air Conditioning System, Electrical,
Plumbing, and Project Management, Guy can offer our clients a level of service that most realtors can’t.

to have someone to rely on for sound advice with this most important decision. If there is any work needed
